Contact scoring gives you insights into a contact's interest level in emails sent in the last 30 days or lead inquiries with the last 60 days. Scoring is ranked from 1 to 5 stars based on the following:
- 1 star is awarded when a contact opens a recent email up to a maximum of 3 stars.
- 4 stars are awarded when a contact clicks on one or more links inside an email.
- 4 stars are awarded when a contact submits a lead inquiry.
The maximum score for any contact is 5 stars. If a contact has opened two recent emails (2 stars) plus clicked a link in an email (4 stars), they will show 5 stars.
