How do I post a calendar event about my business?

In order to post a calendar event on the news websites, you'll need a free BubbleLife Connect account. If you don't already have one, visit and choose the option for businesses. The signup process gets your business setup on BubbleLife as an official contributor and listed in your local BubbleLife business directory.

Here is a step-by-step guide with pictures.


Go to and login at the top right
  1. Once logged in, click on your email address on the upper-right corner of the page.
  1. Under "Sites," click on your site or the one you set up for your client. (This will take you to your Public Online Connect page)
  1. Under "Tasks", click on "Tools."  (This will take you to the control center of your BubbleLife Connect account)

Don't be overwhelmed, it is a complete marketing platform for agencies
  1. In the "Views" box, click on "Post an event."
  1. Fill out the boxes as needed
  1. Click "Publish" - Note: Nothing happens yet!  This places your article on your public page for search engines to find and is tucked under our sites for better optimization.
IMPORTANT STEP: To get your calendar event on the news website community calendar and in the daily email newsletter, you must "distribute" your post.  Follow the next step! 

On the "Distribute Your Post" page
  • Select the BubbleLife Community sites that you would like your news featured on.
  • If you want to add neighborhoods not shown, you can fill out the text box to write the editor
  • Click "Share with Community."
  • Click the "Complete Tab" and then click Continue
