Contacts are people whom you wish to stay in touch with, like existing customers who have given you their email address. With contacts, you’ll perform tasks like sending email, adding their contact information, ranking their value…etc.

If a lead is valuable, it can be added to your contact list if you wish to stay in contact with the user after follow-up.

If you wish to store information for your customers, enter the information on the contact’s page, rather than the lead.
