Go to www.bubblelife.com and login at the top right
- If you don't remember your password, you may force a new on by clicking the link that says "forgot password."
- Once logged in, click on your email address on the upper-right corner of the page.
- Under "Sites," click on your site or the one you set up for your client. (This will take you to your Public Online Connect page)
- Click "Tools" in the top menu. (This will take you to the control center of your BubbleLife Connect account)
- Under "Marketing", click on "Contacts" and click "View contacts."
- Find or search (top right) for the email address that you want to remove from reporting.
- Click the email to bring up the Contact Information.
- In the center of the page, look for the "settings" tab and click it.
- Under "Site Participation" click edit.
- Under the "Subscribed?" section, toggle the box under "Admin Alerts" to say "Unsubscribed"
- Click submit.
