Using my BubbleLife Connect account: How do I post my open house on the community calendar?

The best way to post an announcement of your new real estate listing or open house, is with your BubbleLife Connect account.  
  • This account sets you up as an “official contributor” to BubbleLife
  • This account gives you an online directory page that saves a history of your news. 
  • The account gives you quick access to post to communities outside your "home" community. 
  • This account archives an online record of your activity that can be shared with your clients to prove that you market smart and utilize digital methods.
  • This account will ago help search engines find you.
If you don’t have an a BubbleLife Connect account:
  • Visit http://www.bubblelife.com and choose the option for businesses.
If you do have a BubbleLife Connect account, but don’t remember your password:
  • Go to www.bubblelife.com and login at the top right
  • Under the “Log In” button is a link “Forgot Password?”  Click it and follow the instructions.
HOW TO POST MY OPEN HOUSE ON THE COMMUNITY CALENDAR?

Rule #1:  You may only post to the BubbleLife Community where the property is located.  Remember, this is a free service for real estate agents to get their news out. It is not a "free for all" and the purpose is to report to the local community that a home is for sale or open in the community.  No ifs, ands, or buts!   

Rule #2:  The editors moderate, approve or deny, and make the final decision as to which community your post will be submitted.  
  1. Go to www.bubblelife.com and login at the top right
  2. Once logged in, click on your email address on the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Under "Sites," click on your site. (This will take you to your Public Online Directory Page.)
  4. Under "Tasks", click on "Tools."  (This will take you to "your back office" for submitting news)
Don't be overwhelmed!  It’s a full local marketing system! 
  1. In the "Views" box, click on "Post an event." 
  2. Fill out the boxes as needed
  3. Click "Publish” - NOTE: This places your event on your public directory news page on the right hand side.  
YOU ARE NOT FINISHED YET – FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET YOUR NEWS OUT TO THE COMMUNITY.
  1. If you clicked “Publish” as instructed above, you are on the “Distribute Your Post" page.  This step gets your news out to the community.
  2. Select the BubbleLife Community where your property lives.  It stays in the community where it is located.  Unless you have a compelling story that it is a vacation home.  No ifs, ands, or buts!    
  3. Click "Share with Community."
  4. Click the "Complete Tab" and then click Continue
We recommend that you post 7 days prior to the open house so that you get a long span of coverage in the email newsletter and on the community news website.
Please note, your support login is different from your BubbleLife login. You will need to register here separately.
